Sheriff’s Office — VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare at 1:17 p.m. Thursday requested deputies do a welfare check on a person residing on state Route 165, Unity Township, that was entered into the law enforcement data base as missing and was issued a pink slip. Kaylee Howcroft, 22, Lincoln Street, Salineville, was charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching and hitting another woman as they were leaving Salem in a vehicle on Aug. 2. County Sheriff — Deputies were dispatched at 10:39 p.m. Wednesday to Freeman Road, Center Township, for a medical call involving a juvenile that was choking. Upon deputies arriving, the juvenile was not choking.
