She was advised to contact an attorney. — Officers responded to an alarm drop at 5:17 p.m. on Tuesday on state Route 517 in Center Township. FIRE CALLS

Salem — Firefighters responded to the 1900 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 7:10 p.m. Friday to assist the Perry Township Fire Department with an accident. The Damascus Fire Department was on scene prior to their arrival and handled all patient care. The accident was found to be a vehicle that went off the roadway and down an embankment, and the car was checked, with no other patients found. The firefighters assisted Goshen officers with gaining entry into the car.

Leetonia — An officer stood by for EMS responding to a possible stroke at 12:33 a.m. Saturday at an undisclosed location within the village. — Police investigated a loud music complaint at 11:38 p.m. in the 200 block of Ridge Street and found nothing. — A criminal damaging incident was reported at 4:52 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Main Street. — Leetonia police assisted a Columbiana officer at 10:13 p.m. Saturday with a possible breaking and entering investigation. — A welfare check was investigated at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday in the first block of High Street. ...

Sheriff’s Office — VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare at 1:17 p.m. Thursday requested deputies do a welfare check on a person residing on state Route 165, Unity Township, that was entered into the law enforcement data base as missing and was issued a pink slip. Deputies made contact with the person and New Waterford EMS transported the person to a hospital in Mahoning County. — Deputies were dispatched at 8:59 p.m. July 27 to Rogers regarding a male who had two loaded firearms and a sword who was harassing juveniles at the park. Kaylee Howcroft, 22, Lincoln Street, Salineville, was charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching and hitting another woman as they were leaving Salem in a vehicle on Aug. 2.
