The ex-boyfriend advised he did not move out of the residence and the television is his. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies were dispatched at 7:34 p.m. Jan. 18 to assist the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office after their deputies were attempting to stop a vehicle that entered Washington Township on state Route 164, northbound from Jefferson County.
