The ex-boyfriend advised he did not move out of the residence and the television is his. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies were dispatched at 7:34 p.m. Jan. 18 to assist the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office after their deputies were attempting to stop a vehicle that entered Washington Township on state Route 164, northbound from Jefferson County. While en route, dispatch advised the vehicle entered back into Carroll County on state Route 39 and crashed just over the county line and the driver took off on foot, came back into Columbiana County and was in Salineville.
