Leetonia — Officers were dispatched at 10:28 p.m. March 7 to set up a perimeter around state Route 14 and Cherry Fork Road for Columbiana County Sheriff’s deputies, the state highway patrol and Columbiana police, who were searching for the occupant of a vehicle who fled on foot during a traffic stop into nearby woods.
