Highway Patrol
— Rian Harkins, 22, Follansbee, W.Va., was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle he was driving north on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township went off of the left side of the road and struck a guardrail at 11:10 p.m. March 10.
— Benjamin Southard, 36, Struthers, was cited for reasonable control when the vehicle he was driving north on Depot Road in Butler Township went off of the right side of the road and struck a ditch at 1:56 p.m. March 10.
— Austin Mint, 22, Springdale Avenue, Salem, was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle he was driving east on Buckeye Road in Madison Township went off of the left side of the road into a culvert at 4:50 a.m. March 10.
— Thomas Richards, 32, Saint Jacobs Logtown Road, Lisbon, was cited for reasonable control and seat belt after the vehicle he was driving east on Saltwell Road in Center Township went off of the left side of the road, striking a tree and embankment before overturning on its side at 12:56 p.m. March 9.
— Margaret Bidinotto, 72, Youngstown, was cited for passing on the right after the vehicle she was driving east on state Route 14 in Unity Township sideswiped another vehicle, driven by Frank Beck, 53, East Palestine, that was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of state Route 14 and Brockdale Avenue at 2:22 p.m. March 8.
— Nicole Vlaiku, 47, Alliance, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reasonable control after she backed her vehicle out of a private driveway, crossing over Bandy Road in Knox Township, going off of the east side of the road, and down an embankment into a creek at 9:24 p.m. March 7. The driver was arrested and released to Sebring Emergency Medical Services for transport to Aultman Hospital in Alliance for possible injuries.
— William Hart, 62, Chester, W.V., was cited for rules for driving in marked lane after the vehicle he was driving eastbound on U.S. Route 30 in St. Clair Township drifted into the left lane and struck a tractor-trailer driven by Devon Galvin, 27, state Route 517, Lisbon, at 5:50 a.m. March 8.
— Charles Peck, 30, East Third Street, Salem, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after the vehicle he was driving northeast on state Route 344 in Fairfield Township struck a car, driven by Timothy Smith, 34, Austintown, in the rear that was stopped on state Route 344 waiting to make a left turn onto the state Route 11 northbound ramp at 3:32 p.m. March 7.
— Steven Faulkner, 39, Metz Road, Columbiana, was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle he was driving south on state Route 164 crossed the center line, went off of the left side of the road, and struck a tree at 10:00 p.m. March 6.
— Ian Doran, 34, Allendale Avenue, New Waterford, was cited for reasonable control and expired registration/tags after the vehicle he was driving west on Metz Road in Unity Township failed to stop at a stop sign and continued through the intersection with McCloskey Road, traveling off of the left side of McCloskey Road and striking a rock at 7:40 p.m. March 5.
— Clarence Holder, 53, East Rochester, was cited for assured clear distance after the vehicle she was driving east on state Route 172, near the intersection with Homeworth Road, in West Township struck the rear of a vehicle slowing down for traffic ahead of it, driven by Natasha Burton, 34, Toronto, Ohio, at 11:43 a.m. March 5.
— Connor Wilson, 22, North Shore Drive, Beloit, was cited for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, right-of-way when turning left, and hit-skip when the vehicle he was driving north on Westville Lake Road in Knox Township failed to yield when turning left onto North Shore Drive and struck a vehicle driving the opposite direction, driven by Gregory Rockwell Jr., 19, Westville Lake Road, Beloit, at 7:22 p.m. March 4.
— Micaiah Mast, 45, Millersburg, was cited for assured clear distance and seat belt after the tractor-trailer he was driving west on state Route 39 in Salineville struck the rear of a vehicle parked on the north side of the road at 9:11 a.m. March 4.
— A juvenile was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle they were driving south on Lynchburg Road in West Township went off of the left side of the road and struck a guardrail at 5:35 a.m. March 3.
— A hit-skip occurred when a vehicle driving east on Georgetown Road in Knox Township went off of the right side of the road and struck a sign at 3 a.m. March 3. The owner of the vehicle reported it stolen to the Canton Police Department that morning.
— Joseph Englander, 56, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, was cited for reasonable control after the vehicle he was driving northeast on state Route 558 in Salem Township went off of the right side of the road, striking a culvert and utility pole at 9:23 a.m. March 1.
