ELFD raising funds for breast cancer through T-shirt sales

EAST LIVERPOOL — After about a three-year absence, the East Liverpool Fire Department has brought back its Fire Department Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. The shirts and hoodies are only available for purchase for a limited time, and the proceeds from the sale of the shirts will be donated to local breast cancer organizations.
