NEW WATERFORD — The Village of New Waterford is working to fill the water plant supervisor position. Village Council approved Brandon Gates’ resignation during the August regular meeting. Gates served as the water plant supervisor for nearly seven years before tendering his resignation. BELOIT (WKBN) – The Knox school building will remain closed today due to a threat investigation, according to the West Branch School superintendent’s message to parents. Manley said he was contacted on Tuesday at 7 p.m. and asked to report a threat to the Sebring Police Department that involved the Knox school building, the home of the West Branch Preschool, Small Wonders Daycare, and classrooms of Columbiana County ESC students.
