AUSTINTOWN — Salem’s girls track team had a field day on Saturday at the 45th Optimist meet at Austintown Fitch Falcon Stadium. The Quakers won three of the four field events with Madolyn Gorby taking top honors in the high jump (5 feet 2 inches), Chaya Murray in the long jump (15-11) and Maddy Andres in the shot put (36-8 1/4).
