— Ryan Keith Dickey, no additional information provided, was arrested shortly after midnight July 5 in the area of Columbia Street and Lisbon Road on charges of OVI and failure to control, after receiving reports of a motor vehicle rollover. Upon contact with him, he emitted an odor of alcoholic beverage, while slurring his words, when questioned.
