-- Officers responded at 9:50 a.m. on Friday to the Lisbon Vet Clinic to a report of a vehicle left in the parking lot with no plate. Officers were able to determine the owner of the vehicle based on the VIN but were unable to make contact. The vehicle was later towed.
-- Officers responded to East Chestnut Street at 1:53 p.m. on Thursday to a report of a dog bite. EMS was called and the victim transported to East Liverpool City Hospital.
-- Officers responded at 5:37 p.m. on Wednesday to Circle K for a two-vehicle private-property crash. No citations were issued.
-- Officers responded at 2:41 p.m. on Tuesday to the Couseling Center to a report of man threatening suicide. Officers were able to convince the man to seek an evaluation and he was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital.
-- Officers made contact with a subject who had been sitting for hours outside of Subway on Tuesday at 9:38 p.m. The subject advised he was homeless and had walked to Lisbon from the Warren area. Officers tried to secure a room for the subject a shelter and reached out to a local church for assistance but no room was available.
-- Officers responded at 1:24 p.m. to the Circle K on July 1 to a report of a suspicious male who was asking other customers for a ride. Officers made contact with the subject and attempted to find him a ride before an individual offered to drive the man to Youngstown.
-- Officers responded to Thomas Road at 4:09 p.m. on July 1 to a report of an assault. A man advised he had been assaulted by a woman who had called him names, came onto his property and spit on him. When making contact with the woman, she advised officers that the altercation had been verbal until the man struck her on the back. Both were warned and advised to stay away from each other.
-- Officers responded to the Playhouse at 4:22 p.m. on June 30 to a report of a man yelling and making threats. The caller said they believed the man was intoxicated. However, when police made contact with the subject it was determined he was not under the influence but had recently suffered a stroke. He apologized for his actions.
-- Officers performed a welfare check at 3:06 p.m. on June 30 at Washington Street on a man who recently was kicked out of rehab. The man was not located.
-- Officers arrested Matthew McCaslin, 38, Lisbon, and charged him with domestic violence at 1:15 a.m. on June 30.
