-- Joshua Rosa, 19, of Columbia Street in Leetonia was not cited at 3:35 a.m. July 5 after striking a tree that had fallen in the roadway on state Route 558 in Unity Township.
-- Hayley Lynn Foster, 38, of Martin Avenue in East Palestine was cited at 2:25 a.m. July 5 in Salem Township for a reasonable control offense, after her eastbound vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, striking a ditch and embankment before coming to a stop back on the roadway.
-- Thomas Beadnell, 77, of Rochester Road in Kensington was cited for the stop sign violation at 3:32 p.m. July 2 in Hanover Township and struck a vehicle driven by Megan Wilson, 36, of U.S. Route 30 in Hanoverton.

Her vehicle was struck while turning left near state Route 14 and Green Beaver Road, after she turned out in from a westbound vehicle driven by Chase Prosser, 31, of Struthers.
