EMT advised that a person had ingested rat poison, and a witness advised they had been chewing on the substance and had multiple seizures before calling 911. The caller advised their brother and daughter were threatening to harm her and her daughter had a warrant for her arrest. The brother, William Hively Jr., 55, Salem, was arrested for domestic violence and the daughter, Amanda Pedro, 36, Salem, was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.
