— Jimmy Anderson, no age or address provided, was charged with fictitious registration following a traffic stop on Bacon Avenue at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

— A West Main Street resident reported at 12:38 p.m. Saturday a woman called to report someone had gotten into her vehicle and caused damage.

— David Birch, 59, no address listed, was charged with OVI, his fourth in 10 years, making it a felony, following a traffic stop at 9:06 p.m. at East Main and Anna streets at 9:06 p.m. Nov. 24.

— An officer at 1:13 a.m. Nov. 24 found a suspicious vehicle in the park behind the dugout of the upper baseball field. The officer found four juveniles who were smoking marijuana and in possession of nicotine vape pens. The juveniles were transported to the police station and turned over to their parents. The matter was forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor’s office and all contraband was seized.

— Justine Bowley, 23, no address listed, was arrested on an active warrant through the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop in the area of North Market and Rebecca streets at 11:57 p.m. Nov. 22 in which he was a passenger.
