— Police and fire personnel responded at 8:05 a.m. Monday to the 900 block of Barclay for an unknown medical. A woman said she was having withdrawals. EMT ambulance took her to Salem Regional Medical Center.

— Police were called at 12:24 a.m. Monday to the 400 block of Newgarden Avenue for a complaint about a city truck working on the main water line break parked in the street without working lights on or cones out. Officers found the truck did have its working/flashing lights on. The city employee said everything was fine. The water line break was first reported at 11:29 p.m. Sunday at Newgarden and Mullin.

— A well-being check was requested at 11:57 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Jefferson Avenue where a man said he was fine.

— A dog at large was reported at 11:29 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East Third Street where the caller had control of the dog, which had a collar and leash when found. Police could not find the owner, so the dog was placed in an open kennel at the humane officer’s location.

— A reckless driver was reported at 9:16 p.m. Sunday in a parking lot in the 900 block of West State Street, but was already gone when police arrived.

— Police at 6:15 p.m. Sunday attempted to locate a wanted person in the 700 block of West Pidgeon Road, with Perry Township officers, but the person was not found.

— Police responded at 5:07 p.m. Sunday to the 1800 block of Depot Road to assist Perry Township officers, who found open doors on two buildings. Both buildings were cleared.

— A domestic was reported at 4:17 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Park Avenue. A female left before officers arrived. The male said they had a verbal dispute and he kicked the tire on her vehicle.

— A state ID found in the city was turned over to an officer in the 700 block of West School Street at 2:05 p.m. Sunday and placed in lost and found.

— Dylan Cosma, 19, of 791 W. Pidgeon Road, was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence after responding to the police station regarding a domestic complaint at 1:47 p.m. Sunday. Police had responded to the call in the 1000 block of East 11th Street for a domestic dispute and spoke to the victim, then called the person involved, Cosma, to come to the station to give his side of the story.

— A woman in the 2300 block of Kennedy Drive reported harassment at 1:36 p.m. Sunday, saying she had received unwanted contact from a person unknown to her on a social media site. She was told her options.

— Police responded to the 1900 block of Maple at 12:21 p.m. Sunday to report that earlier she was westbound on East Pershing at South Lincoln when the vehicle behind her struck her vehicle. She pulled into a parking lot and didn’t notice any damage, but after returning home and pulling into the garage, she noticed a small amount of damage on the rear bumper. The damage was documented by police.

— A suspicious person was reported at 9:16 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Continental Drive, but was not found.

— A caller at 3:53 a.m. Sunday reported a male wearing a ball cap and green jacket threw a rock into her garage in the 200 block of North Madison Avenue. The person was not found.

— Loud music was reported in the 300 block of Vine Avenue at 3:08 a.m. Sunday, but officers did not hear any music.
