EAST LIVERPOOL — While operations have returned to normal at the East Liverpool Fire Department after Monday’s carbon monoxide incident sent seven people to the hospital, multiple operations procedures and policies have been changed or are undergoing revisions. LISBON — A Salineville man recently sentenced to 44 months in prison filed an appeal recently in the Seventh District Court of Appeals to challenge the consecutive sentences. Scott M.
