EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool City School District Superintendent Jonathan Ludwig shared highlights from across the district in his report to the school board May 28. “East Liverpool City Schools continues to celebrate student achievement, academic excellence and community partnerships as the 2025-2026 school year comes to a close,” Ludwig said.
