— Officers responded at 6:26 p.m. on Monday to East High Street after receiving a call from a male subject who advised he felt as if “his tongue coming apart.” Officers stayed on the scene until EMS arrived. — Officers took a call at 1:10 p.m. on Monday from a man who said his son, age 3, had fallen at the village’s splash pad and caused him to have a seizure.
