— Officers responded at 6:26 p.m. on Monday to East High Street after receiving a call from a male subject who advised he felt as if “his tongue coming apart.” Officers stayed on the scene until EMS arrived. — Officers took a call at 1:10 p.m. on Monday from a man who said his son, age 3, had fallen at the village’s splash pad and caused him to have a seizure. — Officers responded to the 200 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 11:59 p.m. Monday for a reported domestic violence incident. The male half of the incident was found on the front porch, and the female half was inside of the residence. Officers found that the male and female were engaged and reside in the same residence. The female half advised that during an argument while in bed the male half put both his hands around her neck and choked her until she passed out for a few seconds. Deputies responded and located a contact number for the registered owner, learning the juvenile son of the registered owner was operating the truck.
