-- Carrie Ketchum, 27, Salineville, was cited for assured clear distance ahead, and Michael Hall, 34, Lisbon, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration after Ketchum's eastbound vehicle on U.S. Route 30 struck the rear of Hall's vehicle at 6:44 p.m. June 19 in West Township. Hall was transported to Aultman Hospital, Canton, by the Sandy Valley Joint Fire District for suspected minor injuries.
