Salem — Officers responded to the 300 block of Rose Avenue at 3:25 a.m. Thursday for a reported domestic dispute. The caller advised that upon returning home from the hospital, her daughter began to yell at her and the man that brought her home. The caller went inside with her daughter who continued to yell and got in her face, and when the caller threatened to call police, the daughter took her phone and struck her right knee.
