Sheriff’s Office — Deputies arrested James Davisson, Salienville, at 2:51 p.m. on Sunday, charging him with disorderly conduct, felony-five obstructing justice and felony-four resisting arrest in Salineville. Davisson allegedly was threatening people in the parking lot of an apartment complex and when approached by officers, Davisson refused an order to drop a knife he was holding. She said she got the chicken back, but the fence was still damaged.
