SALEM POLICE REPORTS — Daryl Fink, 77, Salem, was cited for failure to yield after his vehicle in the 2400 block of East State Street struck a vehicle driven by Christina Frits, 47, Lisbon, at 12:43 p.m. Friday. No injuries were reported. — Officers responded to the area of West State Street at 11:41 a.m. Friday for a reported reckless vehicle.
