— Bill McFarland, 51, Columbiana, was charged with menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, following an incident in the 700 block of Fairfield Avenue at 10:33 p.m. April 27.

— Dewayne L. Toothman, 41, East Liverpool, was arrested on outstanding warrants after officers responded to the 100 block of West County Line Road at 7:35 p.m. April 27 where he was reported as being high on narcotics and doing karate in a business parking lot. During the investigation, a K9 officer was deployed for a vehicle sniff, with fentanyl and cocaine being found inside the vehicle. Charges are pending lab results.

— Gennaro Moscato, 41, Columbiana, was charged with telecommunications harassment after officers received a call at 4:59 p.m. April 27 from a business reporting Moscato was calling employees derogatory names and continued to call the business the next few hours after being warned to stop communication with the business.

— Kurt A. Kampfer, 61, Leetonia, was charged with OVI following a traffic stop at Easterly Drive and West Park Avenue at 7 p.m. April 26.

— Odie JB Bacorn, 41, Columbiana, was cited for driving under suspension following a traffic stop at 10:54 p.m. April 25 April 25.

— Jade Waite, 24, Leetonia, was cited for driving while failure to reinstate following a traffic stop on state Route 14 near Cooks Corner at 4:51 p.m. April 25.

— Michael Showalter, 48, no address listed, was arrest on a warrant during a traffic stop in the 44000 block of state Route 14 at 4:53 a.m. April 25.

— Christopher Morast, 31, Massillon, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration following a traffic stop in the 300 block of state Route 14 at 2:23 p.m. April 24.

— Police are investigating a possible hit-skip crash that occurred in Chestnut Alley behind the Columbiana Post Office at 9:54 a.m. April 24. The collision pulled down powerlines which caused a power outage to a business and home.

— Mark Soos, 51, Masury, was cited for failure to yield at an intersection following a traffic stop on West Park Avenue near North Vine Street at 9:22 a.m. April 24.

— Lorena A. Cope, 58, Leetonia, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and found to have an active felony warrant out of Columbiana County, as well as cited for driving under suspension, following a traffic stop in the 200 block of state Route 14 at 1:56 p.m. April 23. During the stop, suspected narcotics were located and additional charges are pending lab results.

— An officer responded to the first block of Beechwood Drive at 1:24 p.m. April 23 in reference to a menacing report, but the victim declined to file criminal charges.

— Melissa A. Wellington, 38, Columbiana, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:44 a.m. April 23 following an incident that occurred at the high school in September.

— Police took a report at 6:23 p.m. April 22 of a neighbor using another neighbor’s trash dumpster in the 400 block of West Park Avenue.
