Nominees are Kathy Miller and Gary Davenport. Property owners reminded about second-half real estate taxes

LISBON — Columbiana County property owners are reminded the deadline for paying their second-half real estate tax bills falls on Oct. 2, which is next Friday. County Treasurer Bryan Blakeman talked about the deadline during the county commissioners meeting Wednesday, saying he did a quick check in the morning and learned there have been more than 1,000 online payments so far using the new online payment system.
