Court News LISBON — A Salineville man accused of running over a deputy’s foot and fleeing after an incident when he threatened another man in the Spring Valley Road area in 2020 will face sentencing this morning in that case and a nonsupport of dependents case. GOSHEN TOWNSHIP — Goshen Townshp trustees approved a new mutual aid contract for the police department in its meeting Tuesday. The trustees unanimously approved a mutual aid contract between the Goshen Police District and the Perry Township Police Department. Goshen Police Chief John Calko said the township already has mutual aid contracts with the Salem Police Department and the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office, but one had never been formed with Perry Township. LEETONIA — A boil order will be in effect beginning today for water main repairs. A boil order is set to begin at approximately 9 a.m. today as repairs are made to a leaking water main valve, according to an announcement posted to the village’s Facebook page Monday.
