Salem — Jace Dumoulin, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after officers responded to the 2700 block of East State Street at 12:38 p.m. Saturday where he was inside a vehicle without permission and started a physical altercation with a woman attempting to enter the vehicle. WINONA – The Winona Ruritan Club held its August meeting at the Winona Friends Church Aug. 25. Vice President Tom Richey called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Lee Stamp and Tom Richey led the club in the singing of “America.” Homer Althouse gave the invocation.
