-- Jace Dumoulin, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after officers responded to the 2700 block of East State Street at 12:38 p.m. Saturday where he was inside a vehicle without permission and started a physical altercation with a woman attempting to enter the vehicle. Officers had dealt with Dumoulin multiple times earlier in the day and the previous night.
-- Charles D. Willoughby Jr., 47, Canton, was arrested on an active warrant out of Canton following a traffic stop at North Ellsworth Avenue and East Sixth Street at 2:32 a.m. Saturday.
-- Kelli Bentley, Salem, was cited for hit skip leaving the scene of a crash on private property after officers responded to the 2200 block of East State Street at 3:41 p.m. Friday in which she was backing out of a parking spot and allegedly stuck a vehicle in the driving lane.
-- Officers responded to the 700 block of West Pershing Street at 10:55 a.m. Friday for a well-being check on an individual who had allegedly sent text messages indicating possible intent of self-harm. The individual was voluntarily transported to the Salem Regional Medical Center for evaluation.
-- Isaac Hickman, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was charged with obstructing official business and public indecency after officers responded to the 1200 block of Cedar Ridge Drive at 5:38 a.m. Friday where a resident reported Hickman allegedly urinating on the back patio of a neighbor's house. Officers found Hickman hiding in the neighbor's locked garage.
