COLUMBIANA — The city is looking for a new member to serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals. City Manager Lance Willard said the vacant seat is the result of the resignation of Jack Sutherin, whose term does not expire until the end of 2027. EAST PALESTINE — Participants are still being sought for a health study conducted by the University of Kentucky. Erin Haynes, who serves as Principal Investigator of the East Palestine Train Derailment Health Research Program, visited Village Council in recent weeks to go over the program.
