-- Deputies stood by in the 37000 block of State Route 30 in Center Township at 6:08 p.m. Wednesday while a man collected his clothing and personal effects from a residence.
--Telecommunications harassment was reported in the 3100 block of Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 6:07 p.m. Tuesday. The caller advised that they were receiving unwanted text messages and videos from their daughter's classmate and had told them multiple times to stop contacting her. Deputies spoke with the person in question and advised her to cease contact.
-- A Salem business reported that 200 feet of wire was stolen in the 36400 block of Hazel Run Road in Washington Township at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday.

-- A person to be removed was reported in the 300 block of North Madison Avenue at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday. Officers found the person in question to be coming down from a mixture of narcotics, and the fire department and EMT responded to the scene. EMT transported the man to a hospital for treatment.
-- Officers spoke with a person by phone about drug activity at 6:44 p.m. Wednesday. Officers forwarded the information to the drug enforcement task force.
-- A theft was reported in the area of South Lundy Avenue and Franklin Street at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday. Officers located the person in question, and the caller advised that they did not want to pursue charges.
-- Officers on patrol in the area of Hawley Avenue at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday observed a juvenile on an electric scooter cut in front of a vehicle, nearly causing it to strike them. Officers spoke with the juvenile and advised them that they were to come to a complete stop before crossing any road. Officers also advised the juvenile's mother of the incident and of the possible consequences.
-- Officers checked on a vehicle at a business in the 2200 block of East Pershing Street at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday. Officers spoke with the occupants and found they were depositing checks.
-- A suspicious person was reported at a business in the 100 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 10:51 p.m. Tuesday. Officers spoke with the person who advised they had fallen asleep in their vehicle. Officers had them move their vehicle to a public parking lot.
-- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 100 block of Continental Drive at 10:33 p.m. Tuesday. Officers spoke with the occupants who advised that they were checking out a vehicle they had found online. Officers advised them to return during business hours.
-- A dog left in a vehicle was reported in the 600 block of East State Street at 6:58 p.m. Tuesday. Officers advised the owner that temperatures were too high to keep a dog in a motor vehicle for a prolonged period of time.
-- A suspicious person was reported in the 800 block of South Lundy Avenue at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday. Officers located the person in question inside an abandoned building and advised them not to return, or they could face criminal charges.
