West Virginia man charged in 2023 fatal

LISBON — A jury trial is now set Oct. 15 in Columbiana County Municipal Court for a West Virginia man charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular manslaughter for a 2023 fatal crash. Anthony L. Thornabar, 39, Spencer, W.Va., had a status conference Wednesday and was represented by defense attorney Chris Amato.
