SALEM — Dailey Chiropractic is excited to begin offering treatment to the Salem community.

“We’re excited to be part of a new community and to get to meet everyone around us,” said owner Laura Dailey Wise.

While new to Salem, Dailey Chiropractic has been providing services in the East Palestine community for almost 19 years before making the move to Salem. As one of the families and businesses displaced by the derailment in East Palestine, Wise said that while the East Palestine office will remain in operation once EPA cleanings had been completed, it will do so in a diminished capacity. Wise said that once the office re-opens they will continue to have business hours one to one-and-a-half days a week in accordance with demand.

Wise said she had chosen Salem as the location for her new office due to the higher concentration of industry and the potential for wider networking opportunities it provides. Wise also said that by choosing a location distanced from the original office in East Palestine, they can expand the range of patients they can assist. Wise said they take some Medicare and Medicaid plans but are primarily self-pay.

Dailey will be open Mondays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesdays from 3 to 8 p.m. and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wise said that starting in the fall, they will also begin to have additional hours every other Saturday.

Dailey Chiropractic offers multiple services including several types of physicals, drug testing, breath alcohol testing, finger printing, DNA testing, laser therapy and massage chair sessions.
