Grand Jury LISBON — An East Liverpool man listed as homeless on court records who allegedly pulled a gun on another man at a gas station and demanded his car keys was one of 18 defendants openly indicted by the Columbiana County Grand Jury this week. The grand jury met for two days and issued 20 open indictments (18 defendants), 29 secret indictments and one no bill of indictment, meaning they chose not to indict one defendant.
