Court News LISBON — A convicted arsonist accused of failing to register his address with the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office entered a guilty plea in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Perry Ross II, 29, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to arson registration violation, a fifth-degree felony, with sentencing set for May 8.
