LISBON — A pretrial was set Dec. 26 for Wesley Clark, 33, Cleveland Street, charged with assault recently in Columbiana County Municipal Court. Clark allegedly shoved a woman and got into an altercation with another man on Walnut Street in Salem on Dec. 14.

Phillip Cline, 49, West Wilson Street, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit with five served and fined $300 for theft and criminal trespass. Cline opened the door to someone else’s vehicle and got inside on Jan. 8 in Salem when police were called for a person breaking into vehicles on West Wilson Street.

Andrew Culp, 34, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for eight days served for domestic violence. Culp left bruises on a female’s stomach after striking her with a closed fist on Dec. 7.

A pretrial was set Feb. 26 for Jennifer Jackson, 31, Folks Drive, East Liverpool, charged with interference of custody. Jackson allegedly violated a no contact order when she, along with Nichole Ernest, 24, Folks Drive, East Liverpool, picked up a juvenile from East Liverpool High School on Nov. 15. Ernest is also charged with interference of custody. Her pretrial is also set for Feb. 26.

Alecia O’Hanlon, 37, Dunn Road, East Liverpool, was fined $175 for speed and driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set Feb. 26 for Michaela Pudder, 23, Scotsmill Road, Negley, charged with OVI and headlights.

A pretrial was set March 5 for Jenna Honeycutt, 31, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, charged with speed and child restraint.

A pretrial was set Feb. 29 for Kyle Smith, 63, Eagletone Road, Lisbon, charged with marked lanes.
