LISBON — A man and a woman facing charges related to an incident involving a child were each served Tuesday with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.
Michael Conzett, 26, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was charged with third-degree felony endangering children and misdemeanor assault for allegedly causing harm to the 3-year-old child on March 28.
Cheyenne Sage, 25, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool was charged with obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony, for her alleged part in the incident.
