Lisbon’s Community Yard Sale kicks off today Lisbon’s first-ever Community Yard Sale kicks off today (July 23) and runs through Saturday. EAST LIVERPOOL — City council held a special meeting Monday to vote on time sensitive ordinances. Ordinances voted on included an Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) agreement for the Riverfront Trail Project Phase 1.1, two authorizing the service safety director to enter into scope of work agreement and one to adjust budget appropriations.
