LISBON —A man who allegedly rammed vehicles containing four East Palestine police officers when he arrived for an arranged drug deal was issued an indictment this week. Micah Ronald Barnes, 27, Pittsburgh, Pa., was one of 22 defendants openly indicted by the Columbiana County Grand Jury, which met for two days.
