CADIZ — It was a busy week for the Beaver Local Middle School boys track team. The Beavers won the Columbiana County Meet on Wednesday and just missed winning the Buckeye 8 Middle School Meet by 1 1/2 points on Thursday. Beaver Local won five events and placed second in the boys team standings with 109 1/2 points. Harrison Central won with 111 points. East Liverpool was fifth with 72 points.
