EAST PALESTINE — The East Palestine Girls Softball Association will hold signups on the following days at Cornerstone Insurance Agency at 40 N. LaBrae rolls over Crestview

WARREN — LaBrae downed the Crestview bowling teams Friday at Freeway Lanes.

TheVikings won the boys match, 2256-2122, as Zek Senne had a 224 game and Nate Morris a 384 series.

The Rebels were led by Peyton Mellott with a 216 game and 387 series. Brody Brubaker had a 333 series, Lucas Johnson a 320 series, Milton Scott a 295 series and Chris Johnson a 278 series.

LaBrae also won the girls match, 1826-1622, with Ainsley Schick rolling a 195 game and Bria Collins a 360 series.

For Crestview, Blasey Biser had a 157 game and 303 series. Kylee Wolfe added a 255 series, Nicole Kernich a 233 series, Lyv Barnett 230 series and Catie Best a 197 series.

Lisbon girls win 45-35

YOUNGSTOWN — The Lisbon girls basketball team defeated Liberty, 45-35, on Thursday afternoon.

An incorrect score had been submitted and appeared in Friday’s editions. Liberty led 11-9, 22-17 and 27-26 in the first three quarters before Lisbon rallied with a 19-8 fourth-quarter run.

7th Grade: Carrollton beat Salem 41-19 Wednesday. Salem, Harrison Hodgson 4 points, Noah Rigby 4, Asher Miller 4, Chandler Smouse 2, Sawyer Hall 2, Jaxon Mark 2, Bently Gorby 1.

8th Grade: Salem beat Minerva 36-18 Wednesday. Salem, Taven Tice 16 points, Colton Kasten 15, Carlo Rossi 2, Dylan Knickerbocker 2, Grayson Trail 1.
