Rulli asks governor to prevent BMV closure
Dear Governor: I am writing to respectfully request your personal oversight and intervention in the proposed closure of the Salem, Ohio Office of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Salem is the largest city in Columbiana County, serving a population of over 20,000 if you include the contiguous townships. The Salem office transacted a total of over 70,000 process transactions, including motor vehicle and related transactions.
