Paul Welsh 1945-2025 Paul Welsh passed away on Oct. 26, 2025, at the age of 80 in Columbiana. Born on Feb. 13, 1945, Paul dedicated many years of service to Ferris Coal Company in East Palestine, Ohio. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Myers of New Waterford, Ohio; his son, Kevin Welsh of Negley, Ohio; and his sister, Rose Henderson of Columbiana, Ohio. Paul was preceded in death by his father, Paul Welsh Sr.; his mother, Alice Welsh; and his son, Michael Welsh.
