Dorothy E. Kelty 1937-2026 EAST PALESTINE — Dorothy E. Kelty, 88, passed away April 19, 2026, at the Hospice House following a brief illness. Dorothy was born May 28, 1937, in East Palestine, daughter of the late Harry and Martha Linzey Schodde. She was a lifelong resident of East Palestine and a graduate of East Palestine High School. Dorothy worked as an accountant in town for a number of years prior to her retirement.
