She was born on March 30, 1962, the daughter of the late Eli and Ruth (Cline) Ratkovich Jr. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Duty Jr., a daughter, Kayla Ratkovich, nephew Eli “Zeek” Ratkovich IV and a niece Tracey Ratkovich.
