1935-2025 PETERSBURG — Harry W. Swearingen, 89, of Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Hospice House, Poland. He was born on July 11, 1935, in Wellsville, the son of the late Walter and Mary Chettle Swearingen. Harry was a graduate of Wellsville High School. After school, he began working at American Paper, followed by Salem Label, and then GM Lordstown where he finished his career retiring in 2004 after 33 years. 1949-2025 David Lee Beverly, 75, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday afternoon May 27, 2025 at Advent Health in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Born Sept. 23, 1949 in Salineville, he was a son of the late John P. and Delphia (Moore) Beverly. Dave owned and operated Beverly Auto Sales in Lisbon for 28 years. He was a life member of Lisbon Eagles Aerie 2216 and Elks Lodge 258 and enjoyed golfing at Salem Hills Country Club. His love and passion were his muscle cars.
