1940-2026 LISBON — Phyllis Jean Tohm, 86, passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday morning, June 12, 2026. Born June 3, 1940 in Youngstown, she was the daughter of the late Frank E. and Norma Jean (Lang) Harris. A homemaker, she worked in ministry with her husband at the Threshingfloor Church. She loved cruises, the color red, and caring for her family. The family will miss their matriarch.
