Phyllis Jean Tohm

LISBON — Phyllis Jean Tohm, 86, passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday morning, June 12, 2026.

Born June 3, 1940 in Youngstown, she was the daughter of the late Frank E. and Norma Jean (Lang) Harris.

A homemaker, she worked in ministry with her husband at the Threshingfloor Church. She loved cruises, the color red, and caring for her family. The family will miss their matriarch.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Raymond Carl Tohm; her children: Michelle (Jim) Gibson, Jennece (Chad) Wilson, Cynthia (Brian) Spitler, and David (Kimberly) Tohm; her grandchildren: Jarrod J.Sturgeon, Joe Gregory, Shawna Mackall, Danielle McCaskill, Samantha Reed, Haley and Alyssa Tohm; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jamie Frederick, and great-grandson, Brandon Wareham.

The funeral service officiated by the Rev. Ronald Mauch will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Weber Funeral Home. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Grove Hill Cemetery.
