LEETONIA –Richard M. Houp, 81, died Jan. 31. He was born on Aug. 30, 1944, in Roaring Springs, Pa., a son of the late E. Maxwell and Gwendoline (Rourke) Houp. Arrangements are by the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana.
