Patricia E. ‘Pat’ Harris

NAVARRE – Patricia E. “Pat” Harris, 93, of Navarre, formerly of East Liverpool, died Saturday at Altercare Navarre. She was born in Wellsville in her grandmother’s home on Dec. 25, 1928. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
