Mary Lou “Sis” Chase

WELLSVILLE — Mary Lou “Sis” Chase, 69, of Wellsville, died Monday at East Liverpool City Hospital. She was born Sept. 26, 1952, in Steubenville, the daughter of Ruby (Sims) Rawson. The Roberts Funeral Home handled arrangements.
