Highway Patrol — A hit/skip was reported at 8:18 a.m. April 27 on U.S. Route 30 in Center Township when an eastbound vehicle driven by Melissa Sue Skidmore, 47, King Street, Minerva, was passing another eastbound vehicle and the other vehicle crossed the center line, causing the Skidmore vehicle to go off of the left side of the road and strike a culvert and utility pole.
